I’m writing this a little after 5:00 in the morning. I was in bed and couldn’t sleep. I had unwanted emotions bothering me, and I started to do energy tapping to get rid of the emotions.
And then I remembered after you do the tapping out of the unwanted emotion, you need to tap in some positive resources regarding the issue.
As I was doing the tapping, I began to have more psychic awareness of the source of those feelings and body sensations.
One guy actually wrote a book several years ago about psychic perception and body sensations and how to increase your psychic awareness just by paying attention to those body sensations.
It’s not necessary to cover that method here to give you the important parts of this.
As my awareness traced the “problem” and my inner mind gave me resources and solutions to tap in, I began to be aware of things I can do right now to take care of what I need to take care of – and how to share that with others.
